here's a problem someone might know

When I do file searches in XP, it doesn't recognize file types that weren't listed in the OS when I got it, like .flv as one example. Does anyone know of a way to change that? Any programs out there that will add all the newest extensions to the list? Thanks.

As for my problem with the old Premiere program I had (which nobody knew how to help me with), there was an option buried 4 or 5 clicks deep for switching between desktop audio and headset audio. I see on the new Premiere Elements 8 the option is right out front. I was going crazy for months trying to troubleshoot it with absolutely no help from the help files or online. Argggh.
