Tor relays all offline

I'm at a complete loss over this. It was working yesterday, and I have not done or changed anything since. All my relays are showing the red X next to them and listed as offline. Vidalia running, tor.exe running. Just no connections. There are no new programs using the assigned port or anything, and obviously I am connected to the net. So if anyone has any guesses, please share.
